  • Practice 5 ways to harness the power of your voice and numerous gestures to present more clearly and articulately.
  • Learn 8 techniques on how to deal with difficult questions and interruptions more confidently.
  • Learn how to deal with nerves when presenting.
  • Practice techniques to engage your audience and communicate your key messages with more impact.
  • Learn some of the strategies used by the world’s best presenters.

Running Order:

  • 13:00 – 13:30 Registration and introduction
  • 13:30 – 14:30 Planning, structure and a powerful start to a presentation
  • 14:30 – 15:00 Dealing with nerves
  • 15:00 – 15:10 Tea/Coffee break
  • 15:10 – 15:45 Voice and gestures
  • 15:45 – 16:45 Dealing with tough questions when presenting
  • 16:45 – 17:00 Summary and debrief

*Attendee will receive a certificate after the training.

British Bilingual Certified Soft Skills Trainer

James has over 15 years of international business experience across 20 countries and has over seven years of corporate training experience in China. As a certified soft skills trainer by IRCES, James also holds a masters in marketing from a top five ranked French business school and is fluent in Chinese.

James’s speciality areas are advanced presentation skills, e-mail & business writing, time management & managing effective meetings, cross-cultural communication training and negotiation skills. His clients include Johnson & Johnson, IKEA, Bosch, Evonik, Shangri-La, Danone, Nestle, Foton and Le Meridien.
