Binary Tree strengthens its global footprint with new Asia Pacific managing director

KENDALL PARK, New Jersey, May 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Binary Tree, a worldwide leader in the messaging migration and integration market of digital transformation, announces the appointment of Stefan af Bjur as managing director to accelerate the company's growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Af Bjur's appointment underscores the company's focus on helping clients navigate the region's unique business challenges and changing market landscape.

Af Bjur will manage all business development across the Asia-Pacific region and strengthen Binary Tree's growing portfolio of enterprise clients. In this capacity, he will lead all personnel across the region and drive sales and strategic partnerships, including global system integrators such as Microsoft, HP, Fujitsu and Avanade.

Af Bjur previously served for six years as Binary Tree's general manager of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership, af Bjur grew the region by 500 percent and significantly strengthened relationships with partners like Microsoft and HP. Client successes include HSBC, BASF and Danske Bank.

Prior to joining Binary Tree, af Bjur was part of Microsoft's Customer Advocacy and Technology Management, where he helped Microsoft win competitive deals by educating and influencing customers, partners and sales resources around the world.
