("CIFI", or the "Group", HKEX Code: 884), one of the "Top 20 Real Estate Developers in China" is pleased to announce that contracted sales for October 2016 increased 30% year-on-year to RMB5.21 billion. The first ten months achieved year-on-year growth of 118% to RMB46.52 billion, completed and exceeded of the Group's full year contracted sales target of RMB43.8 billion.
In October 2016, the Group's contracted ASP was RMB 18,100 per sq.m., up approximately 20% year-on-year, with the contracted GFA was approximately 287,600 sq.m.
From January to October 2016, contracted sales of the Group increased 118% year-on-year to RMB46.52 billion with a contracted GFA of approximately 2,579,300 sq.m., while contracted ASP from January to October 2016 was approximately RMB18,000 per sq.m., up approximately 35% year-on-year. During the first ten months of 2016, contracted sales of the Group completed and exceeded of the Group's full year contracted sales target of RMB43.8 billion.
