SINGAPORE, May 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The great and good of society will arrive in Singapore this weekend as exclusive guests at the 2017 Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup. This will be the first time the prestigious event has hit the shores of South East Asia and the first official visit to Singapore for the Sentebale charity founder, HRH Prince Harry.
The 2017 Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup will take place at the Singapore Polo Club with distinguished guests from all over the globe in attendance to raise money and awareness for Prince Harry's charity, Sentebale.
This year also marks the seventh consecutive year of the partnership between Sentebale and British luxury whisky Royal Salute which has raised more than GBP1.5 million to help communities living with extreme poverty and the HIV/AIDS epidemic in southern Africa.
HRH Prince Harry's Sentebale ISPS Handa team will be captained by Royal Salute Polo Ambassador Malcolm Borwick and will go head-to-head against the opposing team captained by Sentebale Ambassador Nacho Figueras for the charity match taking place on 5th June.
His Royal Highness will be hoping to help his team to victory for the second year running, topping off his first official royal visit to Singapore.
