HONG KONG, Dec. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hong Kong Airlines is pleased to announce that Mr. Stanley Yau has been appointed as Director of Human Resources & Administration, responsible for Human Resources strategy, staff recruitment, training and development, as well as staff performance management.
Mr. Yau is an all-rounded professional who has over 15 years of working experience in Human Resources. He has a broad expertise in the field and served in various key positions at the Labour Department of HKSAR and top corporations in Greater China Region. Prior to joining Hong Kong Airlines, Mr. Yau was the Human Resources Director at Cigna & CMB Life Insurance Company, overseeing the full set of HR functions and sales training teams, assisting the CEO in devising people strategy, organization design, enhancing HR systems, analyzing HR-related risks and opportunities, etc.

Mr. Stanley Yau graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Finance (BBA), and obtained a Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from the Warwick Business School.
