In Hong Kong, manys student referred to his speech as "the most special lecture they had ever heard." "Today most people are stunned by the prosperity of and the high technology deployed in many buildings, and think the technology or the buildings are something to be desired, but they seem to forget their inner power," said Wei.

At the National University of Singapore, he said "our pursuit of material wealth is akin to catching the moon that is being reflected in the water which, one might forget, is actually in the sky above. If you are just making efforts in vain, you might lose what you seek." The students who participated in the lecture commented that they thought Wei's speech would be commercially oriented like those delivered by entrepreneurs such as Jack Ma and Wang Jianlin, however, to their surprise, they found it be as scientifically oriented as one usually given by Stephen Hawking.

In South Korea, how will Wei describe the relationship between the world and "I"? Too many people worldwide spend their time talking about the philosophy of success. For Jay Wei, JC Group chairman, an entrepreneur is the identity most people mistakenly have given him. The successful operation of a company is just a medium, through which he could think about the development of humanity and the planet. It is in this context that the speech was viewed by the audience as epoch-making.

He will continue on with speech dates at the University of Tokyo, Stanford University, Harvard University, the University of Oxford, National Taiwan University and Peking University.

The unique global speaking tour is about the ongoing transmission of Chinese civilization and the development of human civilization. From Wei's perspective, the tour is simply a vehicle, through which he hopes to awaken today's young adults who have an interest in the transmission of Chinese civilization and the development of human civilization. During the tour, Wei also looks forward to engaging in lively exchanges with students at the world's leading universities.
