KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Nov. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Lee Kum Kee has once again supported "In Style - Hong Kong" organised by Hong Kong Trade and Development Council (HKTDC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 7 and 8 November to promote Chinese cuisines worldwide.  Chef Alvin Leung of a three-Michelin-star restaurant, who is nicknamed "The Demon Chef", specially designed an appetiser at the gala dinner with a hint of Hong Kong flavours using Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce.

This mega event kicked off with a two-day trade expo converging a wide range of unique Hong Kong brands, followed by a service symposium and a gala dinner engaging top officials and business leaders from Malaysia and Hong Kong. At the gala dinner, Chef Alvin Leung modernised Chinese cuisines and transformed Hong Kong-Style Fried Milk with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce into an appetiser "Ode to the Dragon", bringing all guests a new taste sensation of Hong Kong and an exquisite dining experience. Chef Alvin Leung holds three Michelin stars at a restaurant in Hong Kong and is famous for a special style of cooking called "X-Treme Chinese", blending fusion cuisine and molecular gastronomy.
