TOKYO, July 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Telkomtelstra has successfully won the Bronze Award for "Innovation in Media Relations" at the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards 2017". A prestigious achievement for the telkomtelstra company which is in its third year of operation. To date telkomtelstra has won 6 awards for the last two consecutive years since its commercial.

Telkomtelstra received the award for their successful media engagement strategy and program titled MAGIC (Media Activities to Get Impressive Coverage), the program which telkomtelstra won the award for.

Telkomtelstra implemented the MAGIC innovation as a strategy to increase the company's profile and brand awareness. The program consisted of integrated media activities such as media perception audit, media interviews (briefings), media trips, workshops, press releases and media monitoring.  

The recent results of the media perception was the catalyst for telkomtelstra to strengthen its brand recognition, and position in market as Indonesia's Partner of Choice for Managed Solutions.   

MAGIC innovation was considered as a successful implementation because it has given a significant result from 90 news coverage out of 26 media in 2015, telkomtelstra increased up to 176% with 249 news coverage out of 72 media with 93% positive tonality in 2016.
