SHENZHEN, China, May 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- AIVtech International Group Co. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECOH) ("AIVtech" or the "Company"), a provider of originally designed electronic products, today announced the appointment of Mr. Huanchao Zhu as the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining AIVtech International Group, Mr. Zhu served as the Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Guoxian Technology, Ltd., a LCD screen producer with annual revenue of about RMB 100 million. Mr. Zhu was instrumental in reorganizing Shenzhen Guoxian's corporate structure by implementing a goal-oriented management system. Mr. Zhu also played a key role in re-establishing the company's corporate strategy. From April 2007 to December 2009, Mr. Zhu was the factory manager of Shenzhen Riyang Technology Co., Ltd., a producer of telecommunication equipment and consumer electronics. Mr. Zhu led the company's effort in establishing ISO9001:2000 and its compliance system. From April 1999 to November 2006, Mr. Zhu was the Deputy Factory Manager at Shenzhen Mingcheng Medical Technology Ltd. He successfully lowered labor cost by 20% during his tenure at Mingcheng.
