SHANGHAI, July 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Acorn International, Inc. (NYSE: ATV) ("Acorn" or the "Company") today announced the resignation of two directors, David Naphtali and Cosimo Borelli, for personal reasons effective July 17, 2017.
