Girls Undercover is a newly created social account inspiring girls globally to get fitted! She is trying to break the stigma around bra fittings and bras, encouraging all girls to get fitted no matter what size and shape they are. Girls Undercover has already gained thousands of views on her video about this important subject via Facebook.

Amy was shocked at stats and believed that something needed to be done now! "Statistics show 90% of girls under the age of 21 have never had a bra fitting, and 80% are wearing the wrong size bra," Amy says.

Amy, a Brisbane, QLD, Australian Senior in her last year of High School has now taken it upon herself to make a difference.

Amy's global mission to get every girl under the age of 21 fitted for a bra and to break the stigma surrounding the subject – to make them aware how simple yet important it is to be fitted.

"Teens live on their phones; social media is my generation's way of getting messages out there and what better way to inspire young girls than to share this important message."

Amy explains, "If women don't wear the right bra they can cause breast tissue damage which can be irreversible."

Growing up in her family's lingerie business, Amy knows the importance of wearing the right size bra but she is amazed at the number of girls that have never had a fitting before. She grew up sorting through bras and knew bra sizes before she knew the alphabet.

Amy recently attended VidCon Australia, hosted in Melbourne, where she was surprised that many girls are too scared to get fitted.

"Everywhere you go, you can see girls wearing the wrong size bra. It is very upsetting when there is an easy solution. For some reason getting a bra fitted is a taboo subject these days and girls don't realise the damage they can do to their bodies."

But she is not stopping there.

Amy now wants other women to be role models and ambassadors and would love to see others get behind this cause to encourage the younger generation to look after their bodies and feel proud. Amy is asking Youtube Creators, singers and celebrities to do a 15sec endorsement to further aware younger girls of the importance of finding the right fit.

She has been going to lingerie trade shows in Paris, New York and London since she was 5 and recently gained work experience in the UK at the world's largest lingerie company – Panache.

Amy is not paid or belongs to any company and is sharing this message to help others.
