Takes top honours as Best Performing Distributor in Asia, total of eight Dedicated FAE awards and fourteen Million Club Awards

Avnet Electronics Marketing was recognized as Freescale's Best Performing Global Distributor in Asia Pacific, taking eight Dedicated Field Application Engineer (FAE) awards as well as fourteen Million Club awards. The awards were presented by Pierre-Yves Ferrard, Freescale's vice president of global channel sales, at the company's Distribution Summit 2009.
Freescale designed the Best Performing Global Distributor Award to recognise overall contribution of a distributor in terms of design performance and business growth. The award covers a number of areas of excellence, such as design opportunity generation and demand creation pipeline growth.
