CHANGZHOU, China, April 2 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Changzhou National Hi-Tech District (CND) announces that China's largest production base for new composite materials, in which TIANMA GROUP has invested RMB700 million, started construction in the District's Binjiang Fine Chemical Industry Park on March 30. The production base will include a 30,000t alkali-free fiberglass melting kiln, 6-7 chopped strand mat production lines, 10 stitched fabric units, and a complete set of geogrid units with a total production capacity of 100 million square meters. After construction is completed, the new plant will be able to realize sales of above RMB2 billion, generating estimated annual profits of RMB300 million.
Changzhou Tianma Group Co., Ltd. was previously known as the Building Material No. 253 Factory that was founded in 1960, and was transformed to its current presence through system reform.
