A notable element of this phase of development is the Angkor Renaissance Indoor Heritage Theme Park, a 4-level indoor facility affectionately designed after the famous Angkor Wat. Its crystalline exterior serves to visually impact all, and within it are 6 major rides and a myriad of other entertainment options, allowing visitors of Siem Reap a more interactive experience as they seek to rediscover the history of the ancient Khmer Empire.

Other elements of the first phase of construction includes a 7-storey hotel, as well as 3 blocks of 3 stories that would jointly form the Century Lane shopping street, a place for retail, entertainment and dining options. Underground mall area and car parking are also part of this phase's development.

Cheung Sheng Development has confirmed that construction would start in June 2014, and this phase will be fully complete and operational by June 2016.
