ChinaEdu Corporation to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Results on March 15, 2011

BEIJING, March 8, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ChinaEdu Corporation (Nasdaq: CEDU) ("ChinaEdu" or "the Company"), a leading educational services provider in China, today announced that the Company will release its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 after the market closes on Tuesday, March 15, 2011.

The Company will host an earnings conference call and live webcast at 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 (9:00am Beijing time on Wednesday, March 16, 2011).
