SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DBE, the leading fire company under Tyco, recently held the 9th Scholarship Ceremony for the children of firefighters who died or were injured on duty. DBE donated 30 million Won in scholarships to help 16 children selected by the National Emergency Management Agency and local fire departments.
It is the 9th year that DBE works on the Scholarship Program together with the National Emergency Management Agency in association with the Korea Fire Officials Credit Union. To date, the program has helped 125 students with a total donation of 202 million won.
Benny Goh, Tyco Asia President, Sangho Byun, CEO of Korea Fire Officials Credit Union, and Lee Hyung-chul, Director of National Emergency Management Agency, attended the ceremony.

DBE donated the scholarship to assist the children of fire fighters who have perished or been injured in the course of duty.
