DeTeam Company Limited Announces Transfer of Listing from the GEM to the Main Board With a New Stock Code 65

HONG KONG, June 11 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- DeTeam Company Limited ("DeTeam" or the "Group") (SEHK: 8112) is pleased to announce that the Group has been granted an approval for its transfer of listing from the GEM to the Main Board by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") today. Immediately prior to the listing of the shares on the Main Board, the listing of the existing shares on the GEM Board (SEHK: 8112) will be withdrawn. Dealings in the share on the Main Board (SEHK: 65) will commence at 9:30am on 22 June 2009 (Monday).

The transfer will have no effect on the existing share certificates in respect of the shares and will not involve any transfer or exchange of the existing share certificates. No change will be made to the board lot size, trading currency of the shares and the share registrars of the shares. Shares will be traded under the new stock code in board lots of 4,000 shares each following the transfer.
