Considered one of the most influential people in the contemporary art world, David Zwirner has galleries in New York (in Chelsea) and London (in Mayfair) and represents over 50 prominent artists and estates, including Michal Borremans, Marlene Dumas, Dan Flavin, Donald Judd, Jeff Koons, Oscar Murillo, Yayoi Kusama, Sigmar Polke, Neo Rauch, Richard Serra, Luc Tuymans, Jordan Wolfson, and Lisa Yuskavage. To celebrate the building's completion next year, HQ commissioned 10 Hong Kong artists to create a public art programme using its hoardings fronting Queen's Road Central, Pottinger Street and Stanley Street in Central. Extending over 2,500 square feet, this canvas created an opportunity for these artists to bring their art to the streets, transforming the site into a platform to spark creative dialogue and offer passers-by the opportunity to engage with new ideas.

David Zwirner is a contemporary art gallery active in both the primary and secondary markets, currently with locations in New York and London and representing over 50 artists and estates. The first gallery opened in New York in 1993 in SoHo, and in 2002, moved to the Chelsea neighbourhood. In 2012, the gallery expanded into Europe and opened in London in an 18th-century Georgian townhouse in Mayfair.
