Harbin Electric to Present at the 19th Annual Roth Capital OC Conference on February 20 at 10:30 am

HARBIN, China, Feb. 7 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Harbin Electric, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: HRBN), today announced that management will present at the upcoming Roth Capital OC Conference, which is being held from February 19-22, 2007, at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point, California.

Mr. Barry L. Raeburn, EVP of Finance for Harbin Electric, is scheduled to present on Tuesday, February 20th, at 10:30 a.m. in Track 7 (The Promenade Room), with a break-out session immediately following. Mr. Raeburn will provide investors with an overview of the Company, including its manufacturing facility and patented motor products, as well as the Company's future growth plans.
