SHANGHAI, March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Kelly Services, Inc., a leader in providing workforce solutions, has named Frances Yang, luxury and consumer products consultant of Kelly China, a recipient of the "William Russell Kelly Award." This annual award, named after Kelly Services' founder, recognizes a select group of full-time employees for their dedication and commitment to the Company.
Each year, Kelly Services recognizes four employees as William Russell Kelly recipients, one from Kelly's Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG) and one from each operating region -- Americas, EMEA and APAC. Ms. Yang is the first William Russell Kelly winner from Shanghai since the awards were introduced in 2004.
