SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaybus, the only provider of a comprehensive Knowledge Automation application, today announced the opening of a new regional office in Sydney. The announcement positions Kaybus for growth in Australia, while providing a foothold across additional markets including the Pacific Rim, Africa, China and India. The expansion comes on the heels of a recent alliance between Kaybus and Deloitte Australia that enables Deloitte to bolster its information and content management services for its clients while driving increased efficiency and intelligent knowledge sharing across its own 6,000 staff and teams.

To lead the company's expansion, Kaybus also announced it has hired Zane Kung-Faust as regional manager in Sydney. Kung-Faust has held senior business, management and strategy roles in Sydney for more than 10 years, with experience at companies focused on media, branded content, digital applications, content distribution and e-commerce. He will be instrumental in Kaybus' success and growth in the new market.

"I'm thrilled to get started and help Kaybus take its operations to the next level in Australia," said Kung-Faust. "As more and more business is digitized, product cycles, information creation and the pace of business continue to accelerate. In this data-driven environment, organizations of all shapes and sizes struggle to deliver employees the knowledge they need, when they need it to get their jobs done. There is a significant need for Kaybus' technology in the Australian market, to help companies close the knowledge gap and stay competitive despite this massive shift."

Kaybus also announced a partnership with Alchemy Trio, a boutique advisory firm based in Sydney. Alchemy Trio Managing Directors Mehrdad Baghai and David Gordon will help guide Kaybus' growth strategies and business initiatives.

"By officially entering the Australian market and bringing Zane on board, Kaybus will have a foothold to a number of new markets and is positioned for great growth," said Mehrdad Baghai advisor to Kaybus and managing director of Alchemy Trio. "Kaybus' technology employs the right mix of enterprise grade capabilities and a simple and easy-to-use interface, into a truly content-agnostic application that can aggregate all content in a given company. This combination is invaluable for organizations across the globe, and Australia is no exception."

As part of the expansion, Kaybus has established an AWS instance serving as a data center to support customers and clients and make the Kaybus solution easily accessible in Australia. This local instance will reduce latency to end-users based in Australia, New Zealand and other APAC regions while making sure customers are able to comply with their regional data retention and privacy regulations.

"Our Knowledge Automation application solves problems of traditional search and siloed content repositories that companies face regardless of where they are located geographically," said Seenu Banda, Kaybus founder and CEO. "We're excited to welcome Zane to the Kaybus team and to be working with Mehrdad and David at Alchemy Trio, as we enter into this new market aggressively. Expanding into Australia will allow us to arm even more organizations with the resources they need to collaborate and share enterprise knowledge."

The office, Kaybus Australia Pty Ltd, will be located at Level 9 Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street in Sydney.
