HONG KONG, Sept. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Modern Land (China) Co., Limited ("Modern Land" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") a leading real estate developer of properties integrated with energy-saving technology in the PRC, announced Mr. Zhang Lei, Chairman, Executive Director, Founder and Controlling Shareholder of the Company, increases his shareholding by acquiring 502,000 shares today with the aggregate up to HK$575,300, and the price was between HK$1.13 and HK$1.15 per share.
Mr. Zhang Lei, remarked, "I have strong faith in our Group's value and future prospects. I believe the increase of my shareholding will also significantly bolster the confidence of our shareholders. Along with the business expansion and to look after the shareholders' return, I may further increase my shareholding of the Company at proper time in the future."
