According to GSA, the Best Financially Managed Semiconductor Company Award is based on a broad evaluation of the financial health and performance of public semiconductor companies. Numerous financial metrics such as growth rates, margins and profitability, cash flow and return on capital are analyzed. All companies are ranked on each metric and then the overall performance is compared to the peer universe to determine the winner.
