(Nasdaq: SBAY) ("Subaye" or the "Company"), a leading outsourced marketing services provider in China engaged in on-line video advertising and cloud computing business solutions, today announced that the Company's senior management team will ring the opening bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, July 15, 2010.
