Jointly developing global LED lighting market
HONG KONG, June 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Tech Pro Technology Development Limited ("Tech Pro Technology" or the "Company"; stock code: 3823), a major manufacturer and distributor of aluminum electrolytic capacitors and LED lighting products in the PRC, is pleased to announce that it will, upon mutual agreement, appoint BCEG International (Malaysia) SDN. BHD ("BCEM") as its exclusive agent for the sales of Ledus LED lighting products in Malaysia on 1 July 2012.
Through this collaboration, BCEM will become Tech Pro Technology's exclusive agent for the sale, marketing and promotion of its Ledus LED lighting products in Malaysia. The collaboration is expected to capitalize on the respective competitive advantages of both parties, expand the global presence of Tech Pro Technology and enhance the core competitiveness of both parties.
Since last year, Tech Pro Technology has been engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of LED products and completed a number of acquisitions in the LED industry last year. The Company provides light tubes, light bulbs, spotlight and other LED products under its Ledus brand. Ledus products are currently available for sale in regions and countries including Spain and the PRC.
Established in 1953 and supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in Beijing, BCEG has a leading position in China's construction industry and is emerging as a conglomerate with global competitiveness. It has also developed large projects across regions and countries and established subsidiaries.
