Some 40% of its lettable space will house businesses promoting creative learning in the arts, sciences, languages and arithmetics.

"Our survey of urban mothers found that 2 in 3 enrol their children in up to two enrichment classes a week. About 75.9% of them attend to personal needs while waiting for their children. We hope to meet these market demands," Wong added.
The School's remaining floor space will house fashion & apparel, convenience & essential stores, food & beverage and specialty retail stores. The School is furnished with privileges built for the needs of urban families: designated parking for mothers and hybrid vehicles, decked-out Dad's lounges, strollers on request, and parenting rooms. The School also has public emergency response systems for safety and security.
