NFEC's New Electric High Torque Control Fills Gap in China

2014-08-21 22:29 3127

SHENYANG, China, August 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NF Energy Saving Corporation (NFEC) ("NF Energy" or the "Company"), a leading energy saving services and solutions provider for China's power, petrochemical, coal, metallurgy, construction, and municipal infrastructure development industries, today announced that the company has successfully developed a new electric controller -- M Type large torque electric drive controller.

Pipeline flow can be controlled by changing the stroke or the torque or axial thrust of the shutter of a valve. Electric drive control is an indispensable device for remote, automatic valve manipulation. To date, large torque electric drive controls in the China market have been dependent on imports from Germany.

An M Type large torque electric drive controller, jointly developed by NFEC's Technology Center and the North Heavy Industries Group, recently successfully passed pre-market testing. The maximum output torque of the M Type control device is 1,700,000 N.m, and it can achieve a 90 degree rotation; the total ratio is 175:1. The device functions by two-stage transmissions, the secondary is a circular arc gear teeth cylindrical worm gear transmission, the first input end setting a pair of straight gears, protection class IP68, with adjustable full open or closed position limit device. Thus, the total transmission efficiency is greater than 0.33. We believe that the new device has been proven to match the best quality products previously available in the industry on a global basis, and it fills a gap in the Chinese domestic market. This device will further enhance the quality of the Company's large diameter smart flow control products, lower its costs, and satisfy further clients' technical requirements for their needs.
