China Green Agriculture Hosted its Investor Day Event in Xi'an

XI'AN, China, October 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- China Green Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE: CGA; "China Green Agriculture", "we" or the "Company"), a company that mainly produces and distributes humic acid-based compound fertilizers, other varieties of compound fertilizers and agricultural products through its subsidiaries in China, today hosted the first day of the previously announced two-day-investor-days event with a group of shareholders and guests in Xi'an.

At the event, Mr. Tao Li, Chairman and CEO of the Company, delivered the opening remarks to express the Company's welcome to all the attendees. Later on, management provided an overview of Company's business strategy as introduced in our recent press releases and an operational look at the Company and its business and operation prospects.

During the question and answer session, major distributor representatives of Shannxi Techteam Jinong Humud Acid Product Co., Ltd. ("Jinong") and investors had detailed discussion on Chinese agricultural market and long-term cooperation strategy with management.

On Oct. 17, 2014, the Company will continue to host the latter day of the two-day-investor-days event in Beijing.
