Fuwei Films to Convene Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on December 1, 2014

BEIJING, November 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: FFHL) ("Fuwei Films" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality BOPET plastic films in China, today announced that it will hold its 2014 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of shareholders at No. 19 Fuxingmenwai Street Chang'an Avenue West, Beijing, 100045, People's Republic of China on December 1, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. (Beijing Time). Holders of record of ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on October 13, 2014 are entitled to receive notice of and attend the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Holders of record as of October 13, 2014 are welcome to attend the AGM in person.
