China Chuanglian Education Entered into Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Establish the National Institute for Professional Managers

HONG KONG, Jan. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- China Chuanglian Education Group Limited ("the Company" together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"or "China Chuanglian Education", HKSE stock code: 2371) announced that Beijing Chuanglian Education Investment Company Limited ("Beijing Chuanglian Education"), a subsidiary of the Company, and the Professional Managers Centre has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement on 23rd December 2014 in respect of, among other matters, their cooperation in the provision of training, assessment and certification services to professional managers.

The Professional Managers Centre is a business unit under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the PRC responsible for, among other matters, conducting researches and assessments on, and providing training to, professional managers in the PRC.

Pursuant to the Professional Managers Cooperation Agreement, Beijing Chuanglian Education and the Professional Managers Centre agreed to, (i) provide the continuing education for intermediary and senior professional managers;(ii) establish the "National Institute for Professional Managers" for setting up a nationwide licensing system for local training centres and expanding the service scope of professional managers, as well as to provide training services for professional managers of medium to large enterprises across the country; and (iii) establish the "Online Institute for Professional Managers" for setting up of a nationwide training platform for professional managers of enterprises, and provide online training services for staff of medium to large enterprises in the PRC.

About China Chuanglian Education

The Group is principally engaged in the online education business and internet advertisement industry in the PRC. The Group owns cross-media platform that facilitates online training, smart management of online education and exchange of education resources with the capacity of supporting large-scale online users and mobile users using online education simultaneously. Currently, the platform provides online education and training service to two types of users: 1) those who require on-the-job training and further education due to career development; 2) those who prepare for professional qualification examinations to obtain relative qualification certificates.
