HONG KONG, Jan. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- China Chuanglian Education Group Limited ("the Company" together with its subsidiaries, the "Group" or "China Chuanglian Education", HKSE stock code: 2371) announced that Beijing Chuanglian Education Investment Company Limited ("Beijing Chuanglian Education"), a subsidiary of the Company, entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Information Centre of the Office of the National Committee for Elderly Affairs ("Elderly Information Centre") and Leling Shidai (Beijing) International Elderly Products Network Technology Centre Company Limited ("Leling Shidai") on 15 December 2014 in respect of their cooperation in founding and operating "Online Officer Training for National Elderly System". China Human Resources Training Website ("China Training Website") of China Chuanglian Education will establish Online Management Office of the National Elderly System for Officer Training, which is responsible for the general management as well as the research and development.
With an aim to accelerate the elderly business development in PRC, the project will be carried out in two stages. In the first stage, the Group will provide more practical trainings to upgrade the qualifications of 13 million of management, caregivers and back up staff from the cadres of more than 60 thousand of existing registered pension institutions. The trainings will help the members to attain professional standards for their positions. On the second stage, the Group will strive to provide high quality services for the elderly. Apart from providing legal consultation for the elderly, the Group also provides the products that complied with international and national standards, including daily merchandise, healthcare products, supplementary medical and healthcare facilities, the information of pension residences as well as the joint development of relevant financial products with banks, etc.
About China Chuanglian Education
The Group is principally engaged in the online education business and internet advertisement industry in the PRC. The Group owns cross-media platform that facilitates online training, smart management of online education and exchange of education resources with the capacity of supporting large-scale online users and mobile users using online education simultaneously.
