MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., May 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan is pleased to announce that Erica Javellana of Zappos.com will host a session entitled "Embracing and Managing Change in a Hyper Speed World" at the upcoming 11th Annual Customer Contact 2015, West: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange. The theme of the event will be Next Generation Customer Care: Driving Real Change. It will take place on October 18-21st at Loews Coronado Bay Resort & Spa, in San Diego, California.

In 2007, Javellana joined Zappos.com, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist with more than 10 years of experience within the retail, hotel/casino, and food and beverage industries. She quickly rose through the ranks, leading her team as the Employee Relations Manager.

During the anticipated "Embracing and Managing Change in a Hyper Speed World" session, Javellana will share insights about how Zappos created a Human Resources Department that is "both fun and a little weird" in her role as Speaker of The House for Zappos Insights, a part of the Zappos Family in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"We're very excited to have Erica participate in our 2015 international Customer Contact West Executive MindXchange series," said Frost & Sullivan Senior Vice President and General Manager Brian Fitzpatrick. "Zappos has a unique but very successful culture, and we anticipate the session will include inspirational, as well as practical ideas for customer experience executives to take to their organizations."
