Poly Maserati Automobile's 3S dealerships serve as an important car sales channel for Poly International. The car dealer opened a flagship dealership in Shenzhen on March 31, 2016 after launching its Chengdu flagship store on March 30. Over 500 guests attended the opening ceremonies of both dealerships, including senior executives from the China Poly Group of companies, among them China Poly Group general manager Zhang Zhengao, Poly Technologies general manager Wang Lin, Poly Technologies deputy general manager and Poly Automobile chairman Huang Geming as well as Maserati (China) managing director Bo Yaming, in addition to local government officials, partner representatives and members of the media.

The backdrop panel at the exhibition booth which said "Maserati, a world-renowned Italian supercar brand with over a century of history, joins hands with Poly Technologies" served as a witness to the high level of cooperation between both companies. The two companies have together achieved numerous milestones in China since the Italian luxury automaker's entry into the market.

The grand opening of both flagship dealerships not only marked another significant collaboration between Maserati and Poly Technologies but also ushered in a new chapter of cooperation between the two reputable brands.

Poly Technologies and Maserati set up a joint venture in Shanghai in July 2004. Thanks to the joint efforts of the shareholders and employees of both companies as well as the luxury car brand's distributors in China, Maserati has achieved unusually strong sales results in the market. Currently, China has become the second largest single market worldwide for Maserati which has built a distribution network encompassing 40 major Chinese cities.

Maserati's sales in China jumped 150 per cent year on year to 9,400 units in 2014, providing a boost that lifted worldwide sales by 137 per cent from the prior year. In 2015, the luxury carmaker sold some 7,500 cars in China, maintaining its momentum in the market. Maserati (China) managing director Bo Yaming said, "Maserati expects to significantly expand its network in China in 2016 following its success in the market in 2015."
