HONG KONG, Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Created between Links Concept (a leading Hong Kong wine merchant) and a group of Asia-based wine specialists and sommeliers, Bidvino.com is a new online wine auction website aimed at collectors, trade, and those that appreciate a great drop.
Wines are available by the case or single bottle, including some very rare large formats.
Users of the site can also get their hands on amazing Buy Now specials. A key feature of the site is that customers can "Buy Now, Ship Later" meaning they can take advantage of any auction or weekly retail special even if they don't have room to store the wine.
The active auction runs weekly, ending every Thursday at 3pm HKT and the Buy Now retail store boasts free shipping to Hong Kong addresses (for orders over HKD 800), and a HKD 60 shipping fee per case for orders to Macau, for those looking to pick up a bargain. The weekly Auctions are available to bidders all around the globe.
Most lots are ex-estate; with all listed wines stored in the group's temperature controlled warehousing in Kowloon Bay ensuring immaculate provenance.
Bidvino.com was conceived between a leading Hong Kong wine merchant, and a group of private collectors and specialists who saw the gap between the established traditional auction houses and a high end retail store where consumers can buy fine wine at reasonable prices.
