The events will start with a special canape -- a live painting show, presented by Executive Chef Kyo Lin and Chinese artist Zhu Jingyi, using edible ingredients to showcase the beautiful scenery of Sunny Bay. A gala dinner will then highlight fresh Hainan ingredients and local culture, paired with fine wine selected and serviced by Li Meiyu, the wine director at Park Hyatt Beijing. The events will be held in Chamber, a distinctive space with lighting in the shape of oversized calligraphy brushes suspended over carpeting patterned with Chinese brush strokes.
