The Grand Opening of China Life Center and China Life International Financial Academy

Fulfills the company's internationalization strategy and Marks a new milestone in its business development

HONG KONG, Jan. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited ("China Life (Overseas)") held an opening ceremony for China Life Center and China Life International Financial Academy today. Distinguished guests from different industries in China and Hong Kong, as well as China Life (Overseas)'s business partners, gathered at the ceremony to witness this significant milestone for the Company. Mr. Yang Mingsheng, Chairman of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, and other senior management from the Group's companies also attended to celebrate the occasion.

The ceremony opened with a rousing LED drum performance, which embodied the dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism of China Life (Overseas). The guests of honor then officiated the opening ceremony of China Life Center, which featured a giant illuminated sphere which had the China Life (Overseas)'s logo spinning inside. This represented the Company's corporate credo of "Lifelong Promise - Lifelong Partner", as well as its commitment to expanding its global presence and providing comprehensive insurance products and services to customers all over the world.

Mr. Yang Mingsheng, Chairman of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, said, "China Life Center has provided the foundation from which China Life (Overseas) expands from Hong Kong to the world, and marks another important and meaningful step forward for the Company's development. Also today, the China Life International Financial Academy took part in the signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation agreement with the CUHK Business School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Deloitte Growth Academy, with the objective of drawing upon their respective strengths to create a synergy, as well as providing high quality, modern training and education facilities for senior management, staff members, financial advisors and financial planners of all member companies of China Life.
