ZAFUL Implements Multilingual Localization Strategy

PARIS, Jan. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ZAFUL, the one-stop online shop for trendy, daring, exciting, and edgy fashion apparel is implementing a multilingual localization strategy. This is in a bid to further improve the shopping experience for customers from other countries including France.

"In the past 2 years, most of our sales have come from English speaking countries. But ZAFUL is expanding our operating team into a multilingual team as demand from non-English speaking countries increases," said ZAFUL's Chief Operating Officer, Leo.

In the 4th quarter of 2016, ZAFUL added a new French site that is managed and operated by native French speakers.  To enhance user experience, the site has been localized. Based on the statistics, French customers have increased by up to 150%, and sales on the French site are increasing drastically.

The implication of the language addition is that French customers are now able to access the site in their local language allowing the same quality experience available to English speakers on the English language site. 

ZAFUL will add Spanish and Arabic sites soon to improve its multilingual localization strategy.
