T-Bay Holdings to Attend CeBIT

SHANGHAI, March 6 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- T-Bay Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TBYH), today announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai SunPlus Communication Technology Co., Ltd. ("SunPlus"), will be participating at CeBIT, one of the world's largest IT and telecommunications events, from March 15 to 21 in Hannover, Germany. Last year, the fair attracted more than 450,000 visitors. The fair had 412 participants from inland China, and major global IT specialized media had special columns to report on this significant international event.

Being one of the largest mobile phone design houses in China, SunPlus has participated in CeBIT for three successive years. SunPlus will showcase 10 new models of mobile phones it designed recently as well as some MTK-based solutions. "Since the last CeBIT in March 2006, we have started to sell our products overseas through our sales agent. The fair helps us acquire international customers, and we expect more international orders than last year," said Mr. Xianfeng Li, CEO of T-Bay Holdings, Inc.
