Novagen Ingenium Inc. (OTC-Markets: NOVZ) today announces entering into a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire Syndicated Transport and Trucking Pty Ltd (Syndicated Transport). Syndicated Transport is an Australian transport operator that supplies transport and warehousing services to the building industry utilizing 12 vehicles, 4 warehouses and a staff of 18. Syndicated Transport has aspirations to acquire further identified transport operations, some of which are currently undergoing due diligence and strategic alliance review.
The Sale and Purchase Agreement which is slated to close on the 30th June 2017, is a full equity acquisition with a cost of 6 million common shares to be issued by Novagen Ingenium Inc. at closing.
