Buyers with Nearly US$1 Trillion in Annual Sales to Participate in 43 More Events in 2007

HONG KONG, March 15 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Circuit City, OfficeMax, RadioShack and nine other buying organizations with annual sales of US$147 billion met 45 Greater China suppliers at Global Sources (Nasdaq: GSOL) Private Sourcing Event in Shenzhen on March 12.

In 2007, Global Sources is scheduled to hold 43 more Private Sourcing Events enabling Greater China suppliers to meet one-on-one with buying organizations representing nearly US$1 trillion in annual sales.

-- Kmart (Australia) -- one of Australia's largest discount chains

-- OfficeMax -- the third largest office supply retailer in the US

-- RadioShack -- the third largest electronics chain in the US

-- Staples -- the world's leading supplier of office products

-- Target (Australia) -- one of Australia's largest retailers

-- Woolworths (Australia) -- Australia's largest retailer

Buyers from IPA and Woolworths (UK) also participated.
