Tan Sri Lim was chosen as this year's recipient from a total of 180 nominated leaders from across Asia. Honouring leaders with a solid set of values, the ACES panel was impressed with Tan Sri Lim's ability to communicate his vision to LBS employees, evident through the sustainable growth of the Group over the years.
