Crocs awards CEVA new warehousing contract to manage inbound and outbound distribution in China

SHENZHEN, China, June 5 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- CEVA Logistics, one of the world's leading supply chain companies, has secured a new contract to manage Crocs' distribution centre in Shenzhen. Under the new agreement, CEVA will handle all warehousing activities and the inbound and outbound distribution, for the footwear retailer in Shenzhen of Guangdong province.

CEVA globally operates approximately 30,000 m2 of warehouse space for Crocs and supports its worldwide transportation. The new contract marks a significant progress in CEVA's partnership with Crocs. Last year the logistics operator was honoured by Crocs as its most supportive logistics partner in China, an achievement that recognizes CEVA's operational capabilities in the consumer retail sector. In addition, last month the exclusive Middle Eastern agent of Crocs shoes awarded CEVA with a contract to manage the manufacturer's logistics services in the region.

Benson Sze, Director of Logistics and Distribution of Crocs China, elaborated, "CEVA has demonstrated excellent management support and competence to fulfil our day-to-day logistics challenges in Asia. It has, once again, proved itself as the better service provider between other logistics players and for this reason, we are confident that CEVA will continue to deliver unparalleled service and commitment to support our operations in Shenzhen."

Chris Pollard, Managing Director for CEVA in South China, commented, "We are very proud of our relationship with Crocs. We greatly value the new contract, not only does it demonstrate our extensive experience of operating in South China, it also cements our position as a trustworthy logistics partner to Crocs."
