HARBIN, China, June 12 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- SOKO Fitness & Spa Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SOKF) today announced the grand opening of Yoga Wave II Fitness Center at No. 124 Huigong St. Shenhe District, Shenyang, the biggest city in Northeast China, on June 1st, 2009.

Yoga Wave II Fitness Center is a 32,200 sq. ft. club that has a full-time Yoga master from India on staff. This center is owned by Shenyang Letian Yoga Fitness Center, which also owns Yoga Wave Fitness Center. SOKO holds a 51% ownership interest in Shenyang Letian Yoga Fitness Center. Members of Yoga Wave and Yoga Wave II can use both facilities at their convenience.

Shenyang Letian is member of the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), the fitness industry’s only global trade association, representing over 9,750 health and fitness facilities and over 740 suppliers in 78 countries.
