PETALING JAYA, Malaysia, June 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the launch of property management app Landlord123 in January 2019, its founders are kicking off development on Phase Two with a Kickstarter campaign to partially raise funds, offering backers up to 90% savings on new features.
A spin-off from local property portal Estate123.com, Landlord123 is the up-and-coming property management mobile app that landlords can use to safeguard their rental properties. The app aims to disrupt the proptech scene by providing an all-in-one solution to managing rental properties. While Phase One of Landlord123 allows landlords to create listings of their rental properties and receive real-time photo updates of their rental properties' condition from tenants, the new features in Phase Two will include:
Property management is becoming increasingly popular in Malaysia, as investors focus on expanding their real estate portfolios and outsource the job of actually managing rental properties to certified agents. The Landlord123 app is targeted towards landlords who prefer to manage their own rental properties and tenants, as well as property agents who act as property managers for clients. Users can easily view all their rental properties details, receive regular updates and issue reports, get alerts when new in-app actions are taken, and quickly access rental history within a single app.
However, the app is not limited only to Malaysian landlords. It is available to download by landlords and agents worldwide, which is made easier with the multi-language support, especially Simplified Chinese.
The Landlord123 team is running a campaign to raise partial funding for Phase Two of the mobile app, and backers of the campaign can obtain savings of up to 90% for the new in-app features which will be released in June 2019. The campaign is now live on Kickstarter, and the current version of the app can be downloaded on iOS and Android.
