KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, May 3 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- ENSR has conducted comprehensive health and safety training to leading petroleum, chemical and manufacturing companies in three locations in Asia. ENSR also conducted training for AECOM sister company Maunsell Hong Kong, as well as for internal staff. The HAZWOPER training class deals with hazardous waste regulations.
HAZWOPER regulations were initiated by OSHA in the United States in the 1980s to protect workers involved in investigating or cleaning up hazardous waste sites. ENSR's HAZWOPER training courses are designed for those who work with or are exposed to hazardous materials.
