Praxair Technology Installed at Shanghai Urban Water Plants Serving 2010 Expo


SHANGHAI, April 13 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Praxair China has installed its ozone disinfection technology for two customers: Shanghai South Urban Water Plant and Pudong Linjiang Water Plant. These two plants supply drinking water to the 2010 Shanghai Expo Park. In addition to supplying the application technology, Praxair's technical professionals provided advice on optimization of gas consumption and related gas equipment.

Praxair China has applied its water treatment technology at other urban water plants such as Yangshupu Water Plant in Shanghai, which has been in operation more than a century, and the Beijing water plants serving the 2008 Olympics.
