China Logistics Completes $3.4 Million IBM Server Purchase for NCS (Suzhou)

GUANGZHOU, China, April 15 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Logistics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CLGZ), a China-based logistic company serving leading global transnational corporations, today announced it has fulfilled a contract with NCS PTE, Ltd. to purchase IBM servers valued at $3.4 million.

China Logistics, which serves as the import agent for NCS (Suzhou), Ltd., purchased the IBM servers from NCS PTE, Ltd., on behalf of NCS (Suzhou), to facilitate and expedite the transaction. The contract was completed, and will be recorded, in the first quarter of 2010.
