Steven is fresh from a long and distinguished career at CIGNA International, where for more than forty years he managed life and non-life businesses throughout the Far East at a senior level. Originally from Ohio, Mr. Novkov is a graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he received the Jonas Meyer Award, Thunderbird's most prestigious alumni recognition.
