BEIJING, July 13 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The Top 100 World Trade Fairs list 2010 has been issued by Imp-Exp Executive Magazine (Sail by Exhibition) in Beijing recently. It is the 3rd time they issued this list. Germany took up 59 spots last year and are down a little to 58 spots in this year's list, but the status of the biggest exhibition country has not wavered. China's trade fairs are growing very fast, last year only six Chinese fairs were selected, this year eight were added.
During the financial crisis, the global exhibition industry has been subjected to certain shocks, but with strong development in China in support of exhibitions, the overall impact is not serious. In addition, on this year's list, Italy takes up 8 spots, 7 spots each for France and the USA, Spain has 3 spots, and Switzerland, Russia and the UK each take one spot.
