Rogers Technology uses the time and attendance solution from Kronos to completely automate and standardize the employee timekeeping process across five dispersed business units in the Suzhou Industrial Park region near Shanghai.
The "Level A Credit Company for Labor Security" award is given after an in-depth audit of labor- related documents including payroll lists and timesheets. The real-time visibility into critical labor data provided by Kronos enables Rogers Technology to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the timekeeping and payroll processes, which helped the manufacturer achieve high audit scores and exceed the award’s requirements.
China's new labor law to protect workers’ rights and enforce accurate applications of annual leave and overtime payments. Rogers Technology has been successfully complying with the new regulation through automatic and precise calculations enabled by Kronos. In addition, Kronos self-service features allow employees to check shifts and leave balances, and easily apply for leave.
Additionally, managers and supervisors are able to review timesheets in real time, which improves efficiency, and allows them to spend more time on the plant floor.
